Robert M. Foley

Robert M. Foley, admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 1963, represents corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and individuals in a wide range of matters, including land use, commercial development, corporate issues, litigation, estate practice, and general business matters. In his 40 plus years of litigation experience, Bob has represented clients in connection with real estate and negligence actions and commercial transactions. Bob has appeared before District, County, Surrogate and Supreme Courts; Appellate Courts of the State of New York; United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; and the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. Additionally, Bob has extensive experience in matters, before various local, state, and federal governmental agencies.

Bob graduated from St. John’s University and New York Law School and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, formerly chairing the Real Estate Committee. He also serves as counsel for the Town of Hempstead Housing Authority. His invaluable experience, knowledge and understanding of the law guarantee that our clients receive exceptional representation and counseling.

 

Thomas J. Foley

Thomas J. Foley is a graduate of Colgate University and Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1993). Tom represents corporate clients and individuals in real estate acquisition and development, partnership and corporate structure, employment and contractual matters, corporate issues and other general business concerns. Prior to founding Foley & Foley, LLP with his father, he was associated with Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer specializing in civil litigation, where he successfully arbitrated and mediated complex construction claims, products liability matters, and general negligence actions. Tom frequently taps his litigation experience to develop risk management strategies for his clients.

Tom is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the United States District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a Commissioner of the City of Hoboken Zoning Board of Adjustment and a Board Member of the Mile Square Taxpayers’ Association.

Denise Campbell

Denise Campbell joined Foley & Foley, LLP as a partner in January of 2002. Prior to joining Foley & Foley, LLP, she was associated with Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer for five years and associated with Newman Schlau Fitch & Lane for four years. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University and a J.D. from New York Law School. Ms. Campbell was a featured speaker at the New York State Bar Association seminar entitled “Negligence in Commercial Establishments” in 2002.

Over the past ten years, Denise has specialized in premises and auto liability and has developed a client base that includes The Gap, Inc. and General Casualty Insurance Company, formerly Blue Ridge Insurance Company. She has also worked with major carriers such as, AIG, Zurich, Travelers and various self-insured entities.

Denise is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey.
